Working
No day is ever the same for a ComSpark electrician, they can find themselves working in an animal enclosure, on a multi storey construction site, in a government building or over the top of the freeway on a digital advertising billboard!
We have clients across many industries and geographic locations (including some rural work), with our scope of work covering almost all aspect of electrical, data, AV and IT requirements.

Training
We understand the value of investing in the ongoing training of our staff and provide mandatory and voluntary training course on offer to all employees. Our mandatory training includes:
○ First Aid
○ CPR
○ Working at Heights
○ Fire Extinguisher Training
○ 2 Monthly Master Electricians Safety Toolbox meetings
○ Fortnightly Toolbox meetings
Our team is encouraged to nominate areas of training they would like to focus on, be it a one day course or a year long Traineeship. Where possible, we support all staff in ongoing learning and self development, some examples of this include:

Playing
Our team works hard! The reactive nature of electrical breakdown and repairs can result in long and exhausting days. Construction work is fast, fierce and challenging, but hard work always pays off and that is why we reward our team. ComSpark engages and rewards their staff with a variety of fun activities and events throughout the year including:
